At the heart of Jigsaw is the vision of its founder Audrey Cassels, a belief that strategic thinking, creativity and genuine partnership create the strongest results.
“After 17 years in full-service agencies and senior in-house roles, I founded Jigsaw in 2012 with a simple ambition: to build a consultancy rooted in integrity, creativity and genuine partnership. I wanted to work closely with great brands, collaborate with talented specialists and create a business that delivered the quality of a large agency with the care of an independent.
The journey hasn’t always been linear, the pandemic reshaped the way we all work, but it strengthened Jigsaw. I expanded my remit, supporting other agencies to grow while continuing to evolve the consultancy and the clients we serve.
Contributing to the community is an important part of my life. I currently sit on the Committee for St Columba’s Hospice, previously served five years on the CHAS committee, and recently became a Director of The Watsonian Club.
